thirteen!

Madi and Ashby joined forces to pull off a very fab Academy Awards-themed party to celebrate their entry into teendom. Oh moms, look out! Guests munched on tasty pasta salad, Chick-fil-A nuggets (no one cooks up a bird like Chick!), and luscious chocolate-covered strawberries.  The candy station was a sweet-toothed girl's dream brimming with shiny glass bowls of luscious assorted delights. I must give a shot out to The Cupcake Spot for the yummy chocolate cupcakes!  Uh, did I mention more party particulars like the fog machine, the faux bling chest, karaoke, and the red carpet runway? Congrats on a totally rad party. That's how we would have described it back in the eighties! :)

I am loving Ormond Beach Memorial Gardens: little turtles swimming in the pond, the lovely footbridge, beautiful scenery, etc.  The N Family kicked back and had a lot of fun with their session. See for yourself...

I recently photographed the energetic offspring of one of my besties.  We had a great time hanging out, looking for BooBoo Bear (remember Yogi's side kick?), eating fruitie snacks, and just playing around on a wonderful Sunday afternoon. I love looking at these pictures ---I miss them.  I better not say that too loud or their mum will happily drop them off on my door step for the weekend.

baby b makes four

The L family is just super cute! They recently welcomed their fourth little one to the clan. Baby B is so precious and is getting plenty of attention from his two brothers and big sis.

the rain didn't stop us

Despite the cold rainy drizzle, long country roads, and a scary mini-van driving mom, we made it to Dawn and Brent's rehearsal out at the lovely Lange Farm in Dade City.  The rehearsal was supposed to take place out on this green field underneath a gorgeous oak tree. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other ideas so we headed indoors. These are two of my besties after the rain drops subsided. Luckily, the wedding day was perfect. The bride is on the left and the NASCAR wannabee is on the right.

27 Dresses

So many people have told me about me about this movie. Okay, I think everyone by now knows I'm a professional bridesmaid. Yes, I've been in a lot of weddings. Thanks for the killer BCBG dress, Dawn.  It was a lovely gift and something I can actually wear again without having to go to Guavaween. I ended my LONG RUN in style and now I'm officially announcing my retirement.  Enjoy the clip!
